International Aftermarket Distributor Initial Guidelines.

  • Credit Application Approval
  • Place an initial order of $2,500.00 US
  • To maintain account status, a distributor must purchase a minimum of $5,000.00 US in products per year.

  • All pricing is F.O.B. Auburn, IN
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

International Customers.

If an international distributor is accepted for credit (has references listed in the US), terms will be Net 60 days.

If not approved for terms, international distributor can be accepted on a Cash In Advance, Pre-Paid (CIA) basis. Funds are to be remitted as EFT or ACH.

Auburn Gear, LLC . has a policy to accept new Differentials and/or Service parts from distributors for inventory adjustment requirements. All returns are subject to the following:

Pre-Approval Required From Auburn Gear LLC .

  1. Credit Application Approval
  2. Place an initial $5,000.00 order or more.
  3. To maintain account status, a distributor must purchase $25,000.00 worth of product each year.
